Choosing The Father's Way

2Cor.5:7,Rom.12:20,Heb.6:19
It matters not what others think,do or say
I'm still in charge of my Life
I make choices every day.
I will not let others
By their words run my life,
When others vex me sore
I'll not resort to strife!
There will always be those
Who are right in their own eyes
They can tell who is right or wrong
And who should apologize!
They consider not their own faults
Or their sins or weights
They're so involved in correction
They don't know when they're late!
If man says turn left here
And The Spirit says go right
Should I bow to the will if man
Or keep My Lord in sight!
Some are so good
At straightening others out
Let's all remember
What The Love Walk is all about!
In Christ I set my goals
And straight I keep my sight
I choose to walk in Love
And fight the good faith fight!
All of my choices
Will be based on God's Word
Not on rumor or circumstance
Or something that I've heard!
I will look for ways
To bless others every day
For Jesus is my Rock
My Anchor and My Stay!
When others do me wrong
Tho' saten tempt me sore
I'll do good for those others
And help them to Heaven's shore!
