Hello new friend, I was searching the scriptures on the topic of your question. There is one verse that I found in the book of Matthew that you may want to look at. It is Matt 19:9. Prayerfully study it out. It seems to me that a divorced person (Christian) is free to remarry only in the case of unfaithfulness in the other spouse. Hope this helps.

Hi! I have never been married before, and I would like to know if there is a scripture that tells us that those who have never been married before should not marry someone who is divorced?
I know that divorced people, should not re-marry unless their ex-partner commited adultery, or until their ex-partner has died.
Any thoughts of encouragement would be greatly received.
