Carrine has good advice, and she is very precious to me as she is my birthday girl. She is 15 years younger than I am, but still she is like a sister to me in her caring notes. God must have sent her to be a friend to us in times of need, for He sends others to bless us through His love for us.
I am praying for you too.

Dear sister of mine,
The only thing perfect is love, and that is--in a pure sense--what God is. Remember? You will be filled to overflowing-a river of life will come from you. You will be giving, not needy.
Anyway, needy is like being ill. It is God who heals us, not people. So, we do help each other, but only God is our Savior. (I have learned to not tell God what to do). So, we stand (or bow) before Him confident and unashamed, obedient and well-cared for. And trusting, at peace that God gives us what is best for us...whether it be a spouse, or not.
May I trust that you are not looking for good luck, but for every good thing that comes from God.? And that is my prayer for you, for all of us.
Oh, and I think there is some good material available from a web-site called itsfixable.com . Books, tapes, seminars. I haven't even tried it yet. One lady said she would sent me her own personal underlined copy of a book from there. I think it's called, "Belonging". And, after all, we're not home yet.

I have been widowed twice as long as you have been divorced. I have not dated at all, and until just recently have even thought much about it, but the Lord is always there and even though I am lonely, I do not want to date just anyone, only some one that the Lord God has in the wings for this Child of His.
Being alone and being lonely I understand are two different things. But I want only to do the will of the Lord, my God. The rest is in His most precious and capable hands.

I have been divorced going on 7 years now and have not even dated.My prayer is that God would send me my Soulmate.I have been trying online dating sites for 3 years now with no luck at all. With much prayer I know GOD will answer my prayers. If anyone has a word of advice or just a kind word it would be greatly appreciated.
